Tom Mitchell
Chief Operations Officer
Tom is COO at Membrion, where he helps solve tough water treatment challenges. He focuses on meeting key safety, quality, and delivery goals to support better customer outcomes.
Andrea Johnston
Chief Financial Officer
Andrea is Membrion’s CFO, where she leads financial and corporate strategy. She focuses on scaling growth through capital strategy, bringing her prior experience leading global tech leaders and local startups.
Joshua Summers

Joshua is VP of Customer Success with experience spanning technical development and commercialization of advanced water treatment technologies. He focuses on how ECD systems succeed in real-world industrial environments.

Director of Product Development
Emily is the Director of Product Development and Implementation at Membrion, where she leads a team of scientists and engineers to bring new membrane innovations from ideation to deployment. She focuses on solving problems where conventional membranes and materials fall short.
